MCFIT Concession Card 10x

A 10 x use concession card that can be used for all 1hr group fitness classes provided at MCFIT. A card will be provided after purchase and needs to be stamped off at each visit. Valid for 10 weeks.
**You can "book" your concession card for any time slot - if you choose to pay by bank transfer/cash - select pay in person and please let me know in the comments sections. Payment details will be passed on once notified.
T&Cs - Valid for 10 weeks from time of purchase for all 1hr MCFIT group fitness classes. Refunds will not be made if any classes are missed during this time. A new card must be purchased after the 10 weeks from the purchase date.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT is a workout which will challenge you and empower you. A workout choreographed to epic music where you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way.
This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
The workout takes inspiration from martial arts such as boxing, TKD, capoeira, kick boxing and Muay Thai.
I will coach you throughout the class and show levels of intensity and modifications throughout ensuring that this workout is accessible and ultimately FUN for all fitness levels.

Shapes is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

Follow this workout with a beautiful stretch session focusing on flexibility and mobility. A beautiful release after working hard in Shapes.
