MCFIT Concession Card 10x

A 10 x use concession card that can be used for all 1hr group fitness classes provided at MCFIT. A card will be provided after purchase and needs to be stamped off at each visit. Valid for 10 weeks.
**You can "book" your concession card for any time slot - if you choose to pay by bank transfer/cash - select pay in person and please let me know in the comments sections. Payment details will be passed on once notified.
T&Cs - Valid for 10 weeks from time of purchase for all 1hr MCFIT group fitness classes. Refunds will not be made if any classes are missed during this time. A new card must be purchased after the 10 weeks from the purchase date.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT is a workout which will challenge you and empower you. A workout choreographed to epic music where you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way.
This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
The workout takes inspiration from martial arts such as boxing, TKD, capoeira, kick boxing and Muay Thai.
I will coach you throughout the class and show levels of intensity and modifications throughout ensuring that this workout is accessible and ultimately FUN for all fitness levels.

A restorative workout for the body and mind. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple Yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises.
I will instruct you through the flows, showing modifications if needed (as well as pregnancy options) throughout the practice. It is a soulful and inviting for all ages and fitness levels.
