**You can "book" your concession card for any time slot - if you choose to pay by bank transfer/cash - select pay in person and please let me know in the comments sections. Payment details will be passed on once notified.
T&Cs - Valid for 10 weeks from time of purchase for all 1hr MCFIT group fitness classes. Refunds will not be made if any classes are missed during this time. A new card must be purchased after the 10 weeks from the purchase date.

The workout takes inspiration from martial arts such as boxing, TKD, capoeira, kick boxing and Muay Thai.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
